For Google Pay there are following requirements:

• Web:

  • Have a saved Google card at payments.google.com

• Mobile:

  • An activated Google Pay card or a saved card.

To use Apple pay make sure you are using Safari browser and has the following set up: 

• Safari

  • Safari on Mac running macOS Sierra or later

  • A compatible device with a card in its Wallet paired to your Mac with Handoff, or a Mac with TouchID.

• Mobile Safari

  • Mobile Safari on iOS 10.1 or later

  • A card in your Wallet (go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay).

Apple pay is also supported in third party browsers but only from iOS 16.0.
